Broderick Stephen Harvey Sr., born January 17, 1957, is a television host, producer, actor, and comedian from the United States. Harvey began his career as a stand-up comedian in the early 1980s and went on to host Showtime at the Apollo and star in The Steve Harvey Show on The WB. After performing on the Kings of Comedy Tour, he was featured in The Original Kings of Comedy in 2000. His last stand-up performance was in 2012.
